Ruszył konkurs "Rowerowa Szkoła"

Czy szkoła może być lokalnym centrum działań na rzecz popularyzacji roweru? Konkurs o wszystko mówiącym haśle "Rowerowa Szkoła, czyli edukacja na rzecz środowiska może mieć dwa koła" ma być inspiracją do podejmowania takich właśnie działań.
Konkurs jest skierowany do placówek oświatowych na terenie województwa warmiańko-mazurskiego.
Jest to II edycja akcji, której pilotażowa odsłona w 2010 r. spotkała się ze znacznym zainteresowaniem i pozytywnym odbiorem wśród przedstawicieli szkół i przedszkoli. Właśnie rozpoczął się cykl spotkań informacyjno-szkoleniowych dla nauczycieli i dyrektorów szkół.

Szkolenia są bezpłatne. Podczas tych spotkań przedstawiane są główne założenia konkursu, warunki przystąpienia i uczestnictwa.
Ciekawym i rozlegle omawianym akcentem jest zaprezentowanie dobrych praktyk pro-rowerowych stosowanych w polskich szkołach. Przykładami takich działań jest olsztyńska kampania z 9-letnią tradycją JAdę, NIE TANKUJĘ oraz ogólnopolski program edukacyjny Rowerowa Szkoła, który rozpoczęto kilka tygodni temu.

Najbliższe szkolenia:
- IŁAWA, 26 marca (poniedziałek) o 15:00 w budynku Szkoły Podstawowej Nr 4,
- MRĄGOWO, 28 marca (środa) o 14:00 w budynku Zespołu Szkół Specjalnych (ul. Mrongowiusza 13C),
- GIŻYCKO, 29 marca (czwartek) o 12:00 w Izbie Edukacji Przyrodniczo-Leśnej „Quercus” (ul. Dworska 10, Las Miejski).

W planach są jeszcze spotkania w Bartoszycach i Ełku.

Uczestnictwo w szkoleniach nie jest warunkiem przystąpienia do konkursu!
